Terms and Conditions - Way2Pay India (Payment Restrictions)

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the Way2Pay India platform (hereinafter referred to as "Way2Pay") and outline the strict prohibition against making payments from other individuals' accounts or non-registered merchants. By using Way2Pay, you (hereinafter referred to as "User") agree to comply with these Terms. Failure to adhere to these Terms may lead to legal action against the User.

1. Authorized Payment Source:

1.1 Way2Pay allows Users to make payments using their own registered bank accounts or authorized payment methods.

1.2 Users must ensure that they are the authorized holders of the bank account or payment method used for transactions on Way2Pay.

2. Prohibition on Payment from Others' Accounts:

2.1 Users are strictly prohibited from making payments using bank accounts or payment methods that do not belong to them.

2.2 Under no circumstances should Users attempt to use someone else's bank account, credit/debit card, or payment credentials to initiate payments through Way2Pay.

3. Non-Registered Merchant Payment Prohibition:

3.1 Users shall not make any payment to non-registered merchants on Way2Pay.

3.2 Payments can only be made to merchants who are officially registered and authorized to receive payments through Way2Pay.

4. Legal Action:

4.1 Any User found in violation of clauses 2 and 3 above will be subject to strict legal action.

4.2 Way2Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account, block access to services, and take legal action against the User for any unauthorized use of payment methods or fraudulent transactions.

5. Verification and Compliance:

5.1 Way2Pay may conduct random or scheduled audits to verify User compliance with these Terms.

5.2 Users are required to cooperate fully with any verification process initiated by Way2Pay.

5.3 Failure to cooperate with verification may lead to suspension or termination of the User's account.

6. Reporting Suspicious Activity:

6.1 Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or unauthorized transactions immediately to Way2Pay customer support.

6.2 Way2Pay will investigate reported cases promptly and take necessary actions to prevent any potential misuse.

7. Disclaimer of Liability:

7.1 Way2Pay shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising out of a User's violation of these Terms, including any legal action or penalties incurred.

7.2 Users shall be solely responsible for any damages or losses caused due to their non-compliance with these Terms.

8. Amendments:

8.1 Way2Pay reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time.

8.2 Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms, and continued use of Way2Pay after such notification shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to all registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the Way2Pay India platform (hereinafter referred to as "Way2Pay"). By using Way2Pay, the User agrees to comply with these Terms. Failure to adhere to these Terms may lead to legal action and penalties against the User.

1. Authorized Payments and Service Usage:

1.1 Way2Pay is a payment platform intended solely for the payment of services provided by registered merchants.

1.2 Users are strictly prohibited from using Way2Pay for any unauthorized or illegal activities, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions or money laundering.

2. Payments from Registered Users' Bank Accounts:

2.1 Users may only initiate payments from their own registered bank accounts linked to their Way2Pay account.

2.2 Any attempt to use someone else's bank account or unauthorized payment methods for transactions through Way2Pay is strictly forbidden.

3. Legal Action and Penalty for Unauthorized Transactions:

3.1 Users found in violation of clause 2 will be subject to strict legal action and penalties as outlined below.

3.2 Unauthorized transactions shall include but are not limited to payments from non-registered bank accounts, payments using unauthorized payment credentials, or payments for unauthorized purposes.

4. Penalty Amount:

4.1 Users engaging in unauthorized transactions shall be liable for a penalty equivalent to 15% of the total value of all unauthorized transactions made by the User.

4.2 The penalty amount will be calculated and charged on the User's Way2Pay account.

5. Legal Proceedings:

5.1 Way2Pay reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against any User involved in unauthorized transactions or violations of these Terms.

5.2 Legal actions may include reporting the matter to law enforcement authorities and cooperating fully in any investigation.

6. Refusal of Service:

6.1 Way2Pay may, at its sole discretion, refuse or block any transaction suspected of being unauthorized or violating these Terms.

6.2 Way2Pay may also suspend or terminate the User's account if they are found to be in violation of these Terms.

7. Reporting Violations:

7.1 Users are encouraged to report any suspected unauthorized transactions or violations of these Terms immediately to Way2Pay customer support.

7.2 Way2Pay will investigate reported cases promptly and take appropriate actions to prevent any misuse.

8. Disclaimer of Liability:

8.1 Way2Pay shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising out of a User's violation of these Terms, including any legal action or penalties incurred.

8.2 Users shall be solely responsible for any damages or losses caused due to their non-compliance with these Terms.

9. Amendments:

9.1 Way2Pay reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time.

9.2 Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms, and continued use of Way2Pay after such notification shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
