Refund Policy - Way2Pay India

1. Introduction:

This Refund Policy applies to all users (hereinafter referred to as "Users," "you," or "your") of Way2Pay India's B2B utilities services (hereinafter referred to as "Way2Pay," "we," "our," or "us"). This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and processing refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility:

2.1 Used Services: No refund will be issued for services that have already been utilized or completed. Once a service has been used, the payment made for that service is non-refundable.

2.2 Invoice Refunds: Refunds will be considered solely for unused services that have been invoiced but not yet utilized.

3. Refund Request:

3.1 To request a refund, the User must submit a written refund request to Way2Pay's customer support within 5 days of the invoice date.

3.2 The refund request must include the invoice number, a description of the service for which the refund is being sought, and the reason for the refund.

3.3 Way2Pay reserves the right to review and evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing:

4.1 Once a refund request is received, Way2Pay will conduct a thorough review to determine its eligibility.

4.2 If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria, Way2Pay will process the refund within 10 business days.

4.3 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

5.1 As mentioned earlier, there are no refunds for used or completed services.

5.2 Additionally, the following items are non-refundable:

  • a. Services utilized or partially utilized by the User.
  • b. Services rendered as part of a promotional or discounted offer.
  • c. Services invoiced and utilized more than 21 days prior to the refund request.

6. Disputed Charges:

6.1 If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly or have not received the services you paid for, please contact Way2Pay's customer support immediately to resolve the issue.

6.2 Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our customer support may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy:

Way2Pay reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
